Master of Applied Science; Master of Art Therapy; Bachelor of Fine Arts

Caryn offers 1:1 Art Therapy in-person Fridays

I employ a range of art-making techniques and processes to support clients in developing their self-expression, creativity, and capacity for reflection. Sessions may be themed or open-ended, depending on each client’s needs and intentions. Art therapy typically includes both dialogue and quieter periods of art-making, allowing for exploration through both words and creative process.

I am a registered practitioner with the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA) and work in accordance with its professional standards and ethical framework.
