Jacqui Mulholland

Meditation Teacher


Jacqui is a meditation teacher with 20 years experience as a remedial massage therapist and 7 years meditation teaching experience. With a special interest in women's holistic health and wellbeing incorporating physical, mental and spiritual health.


Jacqui is currently working as a coach with the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness a highly regarded meditation teacher training organisation and a full member of Meditation Association of Australia. She runs meditation groups, sound healing sessions, moving meditation sessions (Yin Yoga, Qi Gong & Intuitive Movement) for clients of the Centre and supports the team in deepening their understanding of mindfulness practices.


My focus at the moment is working with women to prioritise self-care though meditation and mindfulness:

  • enhance self worth
  • improve sleep quality
  • help regulate emotions
  • cultivate self-compassion
  • reduce stress
  • support mental health & wellbeing
  • assist in managing anxiety
  • nurture body/mind/soul
  • empower people with tools for self support
  • create a supportive community of women 
  • include and welcome all experiences
  • encourage non-judgment & loving kindness
