I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in working with women, girls, gender-diverse and non-binary people. 

I come to the Centre with experience working with people of all ages including parents of children with Autism and young people who have social, emotional and communication difficulties.

I offer clients of the Centre well-researched therapy and skills training in a structured approach so they can take away practical strategies and skills to assist in functioning and wellbeing. 

With years of experience in business leadership and people management, I am also interested in empowering women in the professional space to develop the skills necessary for successful careers. 

I have a have a special interest in eating disorders, body dysmorphia, Borderline Personality Disorder and have completed a thesis investigating ‘food addiction’ impulsivity and adult attachment theory as a framework, as well as mental health in the context of fertility - prenatal and postpartum support. 

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Self Compassion and more. 

In addition to my practice I am interested in broader health and wellness, travel, supporting and empowering women, ongoing education and practicing new cooking skills and recipes to nourish the mind, body and soul.
