We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. Our multidisciplinary team have many decades of experience in the Eating Disorders and Body Image field.

Our team are highly skilled and experienced in working with people with eating disorders and supporting their loved ones. Common evidence-based treatment options for eating disorders include CBT-E, DBT and Compassion-focused Therapy, Dietetics Assessments, Meal Planning and Nutritional counselling.

We also offer support for friends and family of people with eating disorders including learning how to provide Meal Support.

Amanda Sloan
Senior Clinical Psychologist

Amanda is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in supporting women and adolescent girls experiencing eating disorders, body image concerns, and related mental health challenges. She brings more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience across specialist public and private services in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.


Amanda’s work is grounded in respectful, evidence-based care, tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances. She draws on approaches including CBT-E for eating disorders, Compassion-Focused Therapy, DBT-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Her focus is on helping women better understand their experiences, reduce distress, strengthen self-compassion, and build sustainable pathways toward recovery and wellbeing.
